Class reader spring term - The Firework Maker's Daughter

Extreme Earth
We started our new topic by looking at the structure of the earth. We made models of the earth using plasticine which we then cut in half to show the different layers of earth. The layers are: the crust, mantle, outer core and inner core.
Autumn term 2021
Class reader autumn term - Julius Zebra, Rumble with the Romans
Roman topic
As part of our topic about the Romans, we made our own shields. Once they were made, we had a 'battle' and used our shields for protection. We were given instructions in Latin.
Beach school
As part of our science topic, animals including humans, we visited the beach to search for living things and their habitats.
